Last night for dinner we had burgers. Actually premade patties from wegmans. I was in charge of the burger layers which were spinach, mushrooms, and fresh mozzarella. After I finished my burger I realized that I would have preferred just a grilled vegetable sandwich filled with lots of goodies, like the one my mom and I made above! But don't get me wrong, I do love a good burger!
