1 1/2 c sugar
3 c cranberries (about 2 bags)
2 pears (cubed)
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 t allspice
1 cinnamon stick
Combine sugar and 1/2 c of water. Bring to boil. Add cranberries, pears, nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon. Return to a boil. Wait until cranberry skins pop. Remove from heat. Eat hot or cold. Enjoy!
